How is Maestro Muse different from regular energy drinks?

Muse combines clean caffeine with focus-forward ingredients (nootropics/adaptogens), smooth flavor, and a formula designed to reduce the "spike-and-crash" feeling common with legacy energy drinks.

What's the difference between Muse and Usurper?
  • Muse: balanced, smooth daily focus/energy for work and practice.
  • Usurper: extra-strength intensity for shows, festivals, all-nighters, or high-output days.
How much caffeine is in a serving?

Each Muse serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine (check your label for exact amount).

Are your products vegan, gluten-free, or non-GMO?

We formulate for broad compatibility. See each product page and Supplement Facts panel for specific vegan, gluten-free, soy, and non-GMO declarations.

When should I drink Maestro for best results?

Most creators prefer 15–30 minutes before work, rehearsal, gym, or performance. For late sessions, consider Usurper earlier in the evening if you're sensitive to caffeine.

Can I combine Maestro with coffee or pre-workout?

Be mindful of total daily caffeine. If you stack with coffee or pre-workout, track your combined intake and start low to assess tolerance.

Is Maestro safe for daily use?

Use as directed. If you're pregnant/nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or are caffeine-sensitive, consult your healthcare professional before use.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is planned—join our newsletter or the Maestro Society for updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically process in 1–2 business days and deliver in 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax). Thresholds may vary during promos.

How do I track my package?

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also check order status in your Maestro account.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

Check with neighbors/building staff and carrier photo/notes. If still missing after 24 hours, contact support with your order number.

Returns & Policies

What's your return policy?

We want you to love Maestro. Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. While we're unable to accept returns on opened powders, we want you to be a lifelong customer—reach out and we'll try to find a suitable solution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can edit or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Contact us ASAP with your order number and requested change.

What if my items arrive damaged?

Snap a photo of the packaging and product and contact support within 7 days of delivery for a speedy replacement.

Subscriptions & Loyalty

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes—lock in savings, stay stocked, and get priority on limited drops. Choose your cadence, and modify or cancel anytime before your renewal date.

How do I manage, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Log into your Maestro account, open Manage Subscriptions, then choose skip, reschedule, item swap, or cancel. Need help? Contact us—we'll handle it.

Our community & loyalty program: early access to flavors, member-only content, event perks, and creative collabs. Joining helps keep art alive.

Do you sponsor creators, athletes, or events?

We partner with musicians, artists, and all creatives. Share your project and socials on our contact page—we review collabs continuously.

Do you offer wholesale or retail partnerships?

Storage & Misc

How should I store Maestro products?

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Use by the best-by date printed on the package.

Are your products made in GMP/FDA-registered facilities?

Yes—our products are manufactured in facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are FDA-registered. Dietary supplements are not "FDA approved."
